Kim definitely was able to fit me in on such short noticed for my homecoming dance, however when i tried to cancel(HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT), they told me either to call or email, so i emailed. Mind you my appointment was at 2:15pm but she called me at 2:50ish asking where am i? I told her i cancelled via email and she said, "oh, we'll you're supposed to cancel by phone." and then hung up on me, didn't give me a refund or anything. I am 16 and i don't have the luxury to be losing $30 on nothing.

Haircut seemed rushed and was uneven.

I’ve been seeing Kim at Twin Lakes Hair Salon for 12+ years now. Crazy how fast the time flies. After every appointment with her I always leave happy and my hair looks great. She’s now moved to Studio #22 in the Sola Salon studios building. I recommend her highly! Kim strives for perfection. I had an appointment to get my hair colored for my anniversary party, Kim was running late so I had to reschedule , left work early to do this, I rescheduled for the following Friday took more time off work, my hair turned out flaming red it was awful, I paid $270. Crazy , I called immediately to let her know I hated it, scheduled me in for yesterday it's worst. I hate it even more !!! It's a lot of money for a terrible color job. Kim was amazing! Got me in on short notice. She was very helpful in helping me to decide what color to use on my hair and the cut is amazing!! I loved the hot oil conditioning. I'll definitely be going here regularly!
