They were flexible with my preferred time slot, very polite, and courteous, explaining the whole process clearly. They successfully removed all the stains from my carpet.

I had my living room, dining room and hall carpets cleaned last week and Five Star Chem-Dry did an awesome job. My first time using this company and see why they've gotten 5 star ratings. Christian and his helper explained everything they were about to do and got to work. They arrived on time and cleaning was done in a timely manner. I recommend Five Star Chem-Dry.

Five Star Chem Dry did a great job with our carpets. Various pets have lived in our home over the years and it showed, although we always tried to keep it clean. The guys worked very diligently to get our carpets back into great shape. We were very impressed by their methods and how hard they worked. The carpets dried quickly, and their product left a very pleasant and light scent. We would definitely use Five Star Chem-Dry again!
