Jackson gave me air conditioner/ furnace 101. Just moved into this house with an upscale system. I needed some training on how to get the best out of it . Jackson was patient and thorough. I’m now almost an expert. Costco style service .

Service scheduled us for the next day. Service technician called before he came, was courteous and professional, and explained the problem. The failed part is being ordered and when received they'll be back.

I recently selected Evergreen State Heat and AC for maintenance of my HVAC systems and also for Electrical maintenance at my home. I was with BelRed Energy Systems prior to that for 10+ years. BelRed had been good to me and their technicians are good - but recently their customer service was poor and looked like they had become too big - even though I was a gold customer with them. I switched over to Evergreen State Heat and AC and the experiecne has been great so far. The HVAC technician Jacob and Electrician Christian were very thorough with their work.
