The changeover from Magic Toyota to Swicard Toyota happened so quietly that I only discovered it by driving past the dealership and finding the Magic name gone. Nevertheless, the new ownership has the same friendly tone. The efficiency and and speed of their service remains high. I'm on my second car from the dealership so I'm a happy customer. FYI, the Swickard organization owns 43 car dealerships (the last time I checked).

They have service on lock! Fantastic system, communication, waiting area, etc. You drive in, enjoy a spacious waiting area, take a free shuttle when needed, quality coffee drinks and tea.

I had the best possible buying experience one could have, especially buying in this market. Tom Hu dealt very honestly with me from the beginning, and this is ultimately the reason, after having contacted and visited a number of other dealerships in the surrounding area, that I was sure to come here, and buy from him. Not only did he helped me find the right car for the best possible price in this current purchasing climate, and with better delivery times than I was expecting, he also gave me sound insight that kept me from walking into a situation of being taken advantage of at another dealership.
