Coming to optimal health chiropractic is one of the best decisions I've made for my physical health and overall well being. This is the only chiropractic office I've been to where I actually feel better after treatments. You can really tell that your well being matters and is the top priority for Dr. Aldin and Dr. Strahl. Dr. Aldin is very kind, asks if I ever have any questions, and always takes the time during visits to ask how I'm feeling during treatment. The front desk staff are always happy to see you, very warm, polite and respectful. Cole the athletic trainer makes PT fun. He is a joy to work with, is always very patient and is pleasent to talk to during exercises....read full review

I came to Optimal Health for pain during pregnancy and Dr. Aldin was incredibly helpful. He was able to target where I was feeling pain and decrease the discomfort. Would highly recommend Dr. Aldin!

I have had a fantastic experience with this area chiropractic office. I feel Dr. Aldin is one of the best chiropractors I have ever worked with. His Staff is the staff great. And so is Cole his physical therapist
