Artem did a remodel of our small bathroom. He demo'd everything except the tub and did all the wall and floor tile work, installed new fixtures, and pushed back a wall and added a small linen closet with mirrored door. He took as long as he said he would and charged what he said he would, no surprises. He was always punctual, honest, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. We will 100% be hiring him again for future projects and wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

Having worked with many contractors over the past few years, Grand Residence is by far the most reliable, high quality, honest and easy to communicate with. We remodeled 2.5 bathrooms and spoke with 8 contractors before moving forward with Artem. From the very beginning, he was attentive and easy to reach. When Artem says he will be there at a certain time, you can bet he'll show up, a rare trait amongst contractors these days. Artem is very professional and he is really easy to work with and did an excellent job on my house. He met every deadline and exceeded my expectations. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful and I love it. I will definitely use this company again for other jobs in my house and I will happily recommend Grand Residence LLS for remodeling.
