Terri has been able to achieve what no other colorist and stylist has been able to achieve in over 30 year that I have been having my hair colored and cut. My hair is thin, grey with a very frizzy texture and with the perfect combination of the coloring line, natural hair care products and amazing hair cut I have a totally amazing new look that has taken ten years off and healthy to match. She is patient & has educated me on how to keep my hair in optimal health going forward. She is a master artist and the most talented hair professional I have had the pleasure of working with. I have been going to Terri's studio for about a year and a half and every time I go I walk out with a fabulous haircut. Terri is awesome, she follows directions, she is extremely conscientious, her studio is very clean and inviting and best of all she's got some serious skills when it comes to cutting and styling hair! I always get excellent service from the proprietor of Shangri La. I've received many compliments since having my brow maintenance and hair done here. The atmosphere is very "homey" and comfortable. I am a forever customer!
