The hairdresser was very kind and did a good job. She was the only one working, and was in the middle of a color or perm of some sort with another lady, during the time I was able to schedule online, so that was confusing. There were MANY people who stopped and had questions and were annoyed with her that she couldn't help them because there was only 1 worker with 2 people in chairs already.

Very disappointed. I had a scheduled appointment, not just once but three times, and Amber never showed and never called. Very unprofessional. Will never go back.
