I purchased a replacement furnace from CSM and the experience was great from beginning to end. . The installation was quick, the price was very competitive, and the quality of the work was excellent.

My furnace stopped working on Friday evening. I called my furnace maintenance company (not CSM!) and they gave me an appointment on Tuesday. My son-in-law called Chehalis Sheet Metal on Saturday morning. Casey was there that afternoon! He said I needed a pressure switch, which got ordered Monday morning. I called Monday morning, hoping the part could be overnighted and asked about an electrician because I tripped the breaker Sunday from running space heaters. My arthritic fingers could not flip the switch off and on again. Paul arrived in about an hour! Charles installed the part on Wednesday morning! My heat was back on!!
