This place is excellent for haircuts. I practically go there every month for a haircut for years and they do a fantastic job. Every haircut I get from them is a massage for my scalp and they treat every customer kindly. I recommend Gina's Nails and Hair Salon for all.

TLDR version: imperfect cuts for a guest that doesn't tip, but friendly staff and moderately priced. --- They are moderately priced (as of 9/2018, men @ $9), & friendly. They also do punch cards (12th cut free). That would be 5 stars. From the start of this review, it should be obvious that my goal is to get as cheap of a haircut as possible (really miss that $3 haircut at that beauty school on 16th), so I do NOT give gratuity. If the cuts/service/etc were really bad, I would simply take my business elsewhere. That being said, I find that the finished cuts are sometimes uneven in quality.
