I got my first acupuncture treatment here and really enjoyed it. Sonja let me know what to expect before the treatment and checked in with me during to make sure I was comfortable. I felt so calm and relaxed afterward. I'll definitely be back!

When I first considered acupuncture, I wanted to make sure I went into it with a level head and reasonable expectation. I wasn't a skeptic by any means, but I do sometimes suffer from "if it doesn't work immediately, it won't work at all" syndrome. So I remember telling myself to treat it like physical therapy.
