I am not affiliated with Intermountain Glass Inc., a paid spokesperson, or BOT posting this review. What I am is a VERY happy customer. I contacted IGI in July'23 to discuss window replacement options for my 1997 built home. Russ King immediately came out to provide product information, preliminary measurements, and a general timeline of the process of replacing some of my failed Alpine (yuk!) windows. Shortly thereafter, I received my initial quote from IGI. I reviewed the very detailed quote, added & subtracted a few items to fit within my budget. The three installers, Riley, Richie and Courtney, were awesome. They were very punctual, they were very respectful of our property, they were extremely careful to thoroughly clean up after themselves, they were very hard workers, they did not complain (even though they had to work in very cold temperatures), they worked really well together as a team and were cheerful, and they were very, very courteous and friendly.

My new door was installed yesterday. I have a home built of hollow brick, built in 1901. The install team, headed by Art (w/ Richard and Courtney) overcame many obstacles in the install of this door and the final product is 100% professional and truly beautiful. Art was both professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this install team to others.
