I had an amazing experience at Seattle Sun Tan thanks to Kayla and Emily. The spray tan machine unfortunately broke halfway through my service, but they handled the situation incredibly well. Even though it was already late, they took the initiative to make sure I was completely taken care of and didn’t rush me out the door. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and commitment to great customer service really stood out. They went above and beyond to turn what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience. Huge thank you to both of them—I’ll definitely be back!
