This was my first experience at a Chiropractor so I was a little nervous!! I was desperate at 48 years old and could barely walk. As soon as I walked in the office I felt right at home. Jess at the front desk always chatted with me for a sec while I waited and after a few visits here I felt like new again. The atmosphere was super upbeat and you can tell they are up to date with all the new technology. I saw Heather and she doesn't look intimidating at all but she sure can fix ya right up. She also did some cupping on me which was another first. I highly recommend Motus Sport and Spine to all my friends and family.
In just two weeks of seeing Dr. Newman, I’ve already noticed significant improvements in the straightness of my back and overall well-being. His chiropractic adjustments are highly effective, and he takes the time to explain everything clearly and tailor treatment for my bodybuilding aspirations. The staff is friendly, and the office atmosphere is very welcoming. Dr. Newman is attentive, skilled, and truly cares about his patients' progress. I’m looking forward to continued care and highly recommend his services for anyone needing chiropractic help!

Real talk - I have been to many chiropractors over the last 30 years, but I have never felt more cared for. Dr. Heather listens to my body in ways I don't know how (far from the 'ol activator and see you next time). She's next level, and I have so much gratitude for her expertise and patient care.
