Regina was amazing, I've had some mixed results with MTs at other studios and their ability to effectively address specific issues I was experiencing. Regina's background in Kinesiology enabled her to directly address what I was struggling with and provide feedback for ongoing maintenance.
I’ve seen both Heidi and Lauren here and had great experiences with both. The studio is peaceful and pleasant with plenty of parking. The prices are really reasonable too.
I most recently got a massage from Heidi after experiencing relentless neck/shoulder tension and headaches for several days. The morning after my massage with Heidi was the first one in days where I was headache- and tension-free! Thanks so much, Heidi. I’ll definitely be back and will continue recommending this studio to friends.
With a day off, I snagged a last-minute appointment with Mijo Stumpf. I am so glad I did! I have been to Veritas before, but not since they moved into their new space. It is absolutely gorgeous inside, and so serene.
Mijo was fantastic. She did a great job checking in about my needs and goals, and was really great to chat with. The other staff member I spoke with (whose name I did not catch) was lovely also. The whole experience was stellar—exactly what I had hoped for. I will definitely be back!
