Fantastic experience! We had Brad and his team install solar panels on our new home and could not be happier with what we got.
First, he quoted very reasonable price when others were jacking up prices in response to high demand due to expiring incentives. Having talked to others, this was a very big plus to me.
Second, everything was done really professionally, the solar panels are high quality made nearby (important to us), installed in a clean and aesthetic fashion and in a very thorough and understated manner. My house is old (built in 1920s) so was filled with live knob and tube. Also only had 100 amp service and a panel that's too small, so I had Truly Electric complete a whole house rewire up to code, including upgrading to 200 amp service and installing a modern-sized panel. I'm very pleased with the work Truly Electric completed! Their pricing was extremely competitive, none of the other 3 electric companies came close. I will mention that I had my attic insulation removed so they could complete this project, otherwise they weren't gonna do it. So maybe that's why the other electricians were so expensive. Working with Brad was amazing. Communication was timely and he made sure I understood what needed to be done. Pricing was fair and within our range, but most of all, it wa done really fast. His job went above and beyond what we had talked about ensuring that things were fixed and looked great! I wasn't sure about the specifications for our new heaters and he ordered them for us to make sure we got what worked best for our home. He also befriended the cats and dog at home.
