Sam is a fantastic massage therapist who has the ability to listen to your individual issues and apply a variety of treatments to alleviate pain and improve mobility. I have several neck and back issues from an auto accident years ago, and she has been instrumental in alleviating my pain so that I can get back to enjoying life.
I was really pleased and surprised when my massage therapist suggested that my troubles with my leg were because of the scar. I got an appointment for scar release quickly and my leg does not hurt anymore! I have a second appointment made already!
I work a very physical job and do lots of fun adventures on the weekend like running, open water swimming and hiking. I am hard on my body and have lots of soreness and very tight muscles especially in my shoulders and neck. D.J. helped loosen and stretch those stubborn muscles. I felt so relaxed after my 90 minute massage. Thank you D.J. for helping me feel so much better. Look forward to scheduling my next appointment soon!
