This week, I again had Patrick clean our carpet. This is the third time he has been the technician taking care of our carpet. My carpet again looks wonderful. I highly recommend Swansen's Carpet Cleaning because they do a great job, have fair pricing and don't try to upsell you to a higher price upon their arrival.

I called Swanson's on Friday and asked if there was any way he could come out on Monday. We had a stain in our carpet and overnight guests coming Tuesday night! He explained they were pretty booked up but he would try to rearrange his schedule and "earn my business." Within minutes, he called me back and we set a time! I certainly understood if he was unable to meet my emergency need, but was so happy that he made the effort! He came as scheduled and we couldn't have been more pleased! He explained that the stain was pretty deep and he might need to come back and treat it a second time, so if it re-emerged, please call him. I'D RECOMMEND HIM ANY AND EVERY TIME!
