I was a patient back in 2016-2017. I became very ill in 2017 & ended up losing employment and then later applying for SSDI (disability) which was awarded in 2018. During the time I was extremely ill and living with a friend to prevent homeless, and waiting a year to be approved for disability. I put off paying a $126.57 bill. I actually was so clinically depressed that year I was in a fog & not tracking well. I even had to move to CA with a friend as even when my SSDI was awarded it wasn't enough to afford rent here alone. When I'm actually AT the doctors office they are fine but when it comes to calling this office to schedule an appointment l am on hold AT LEAST 20 minutes. I am currently writing this review while being on hold. So frustrating.
