We had a clogged sewer line that blocked 90% of our drains. Came out same day on a Saturday. Plumber and apprentice was very knowledgeable and cleared the problem quickly. Cleaned up everything very well including one of the toilets that we had dropped rust into from snaking we t4ried (clog was out of reach). Star down due to Gary's method of quoting a flat (expensive) rate based on work to be done. Work will most of the time come in under. If you're appreciative of the plumber maybe they will give you a price break. I prefer T&M which is fair to both parties.

The two gentlemen arrived on time and were both very nice. They assessed the issue, gave me an estimate based on their diagnosis, and proceeded to clear my slow-draining bathtub drain. Thank you

Needed a plumber fast to assist workers building a retaining wall on my property who discovered they needed to reroute the water main onto the property to complete construction of the wall. Gary's was recommended by the contractor and when I called Gary's for help, the receptionist helped me schedule the plumber right way including the initial visit to assess the situation and the follow-up to perform the work necessary. On both days, Gary's called ahead to let me know plumbers were on the way and they arrived promptly at the scheduled time.
