Best studio in town. Good schedule and the teachers are excellent. Adrienne , Jasmine , Shannon and all the other teachers do a great job. Can’t say enough good things about this place.
Each of the instructors at Elements bring their own style to the practice, which I love. Shannon has a way of creating a space that is both challenging and calming. .I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Love this studio. Instructors are so insightful and supportive! So far have taken classes from Robyn, Laura and Katie. Phenomenal!!! I will absolutely recommend Elements to my friends.
