Amazing experience here. Lynette gives me a great cut/style every time, and I get to enjoy a Kulshan beer while she does. The location is great too, and you get a view of Lake Whatcom. Highly recommend!

asked for an extremely simple haircut lady then proceeded to mess up the length horribly then failed to line up the back of my head as well as sides, after the haircut i got charged 80 bucks unbelievable.

Very poor communication with one of the stylist's. I had a consultation regarding a cut. At the end of our conversation, I had a feeling that she did not want to commit to giving me a cut. Which would of been fine, if she would of just come out and said so, instead of playing games. She asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment, which told me that she was Ok and understood our conversation. As it ended up, I needed to reschedule my appointment. I called the next day 2x's with no reply, and the next day I sent a text, and another text to appointment number. I got a text from the appointment number, saying that stylist would get back with me. I did get a text from the stylist, asking what day I wanted to reschedule, and that was that. I tried to contact her that day, and the next day again with no response. Finally, three days later I got a text from the appointment scheduler. saying that the stylist had a emergency and that it might be better if I moved on to find another stylist. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional. It was a big waste of my time gong to the consultation and three days of trying to reschedule my appointment. I have never ran into a situation like this before in all the years I have been gong to salons. So I would not recommend Cheers, if don't like playing games and insincere, unprofessional group of stylists.

I booked an appointment with Emily! I have special needs for some vestibular issues and she was very compassionate, and accommodating. I showed her a few pictures and she colored my hair so well! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend her and I will be back!
