I've been coming here for over 2 months and have been working with Katie. We've addressed some knee issues, anxiety, sleep and energy problems. I look forward to our sessions and feel they've had a huge impact. I can go up and down stairs now with almost zero pain and my fatigue has been improved greatly. I highly recommend Zen Attitude!!
I just started with Katie and she has been fantastic. I have seen a lot of acupuncturists for my lower back pain and she has been able to completely relieve the pain when it gets tight in a single session (yes, it does start to come back throughout the week, but normally it takes a few sessions to get this sort of progress). Definitely going to keep seeing her.
Katie is absolutely wonderful! She was recommended to me by my former acupuncturist and I can't sing her praises enough! She's very thorough, precise, and is great at explaining everything she's doing to help put me at ease (I have a fear of needles). She has helped to reduce my headaches, as well as my neck, shoulder and back pain. I would highly recommend Katie!
