She also gave my soon-to-be husband the best haircut of his life! Colette not only has incredible skill and talent, but she also brings such good vibes to every appointment. I went in for a Keratin treatment with Hayley and she is THE BEST, the hair turned out amazing, super smooth and frizzless. she is just a lovely person to be around, if your thinking about booking a hair appointment def ask for her

Research shows that trust is built moreso with customers when something happens and the business actually adequately rectifies the situation. This ulta has done that. I see true customer service and it makes me want to travel there over my local ultas. There is more selection, the employees are actually friendly, and will fix their mistakes gracefully. I really appreciate them all. ❤️ this is the best location hands down.
