Transgender Health Care at Virginia Mason Bellevue

As a 77 year old female I was having difficulty with severe dizziness. I was seen by Dr. Andy Pham. Instead of attempting to diagnose my illness Dr. Pham ordered a full panel drug test simply because I was taking Xanax on rare occasion. The tests were all negative and another competent doctor diagnosed me with Meniers Disease. It is recommended you take small doses of Valium to lessen the severity of the attacks.

I took my husband to Virginia Mason to see Dr. Leland Teng for an injury, as part of the Executive Care 365 program. We were promptly brought into an exam room by the front desk person, who was so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Teng joined us shortly after and spent a great deal of time educating my husband and me about the injury and what it means for the body. He provided a treatment plan, and as part of the program, shared his cell phone for my husband to reach out to for follow up. The level of service as part of the program is absolutely incredible, and Dr. Teng is FANTASTIC!

I cannot recommend Virginia Mason to anyone. I've had some of the worst experiences at this hospital. One experience in 2003 @ ur Bellevue clinic was one of the most traumatic experiences I've ever had to go through. I sure hope things have improved since I was last there because these experiences I will never forget. The loss of a pregnancy is never easy but when your providers make it worse by their lack of care and concern ,it leaves your patients with trauma they will always remember.
