I went to urgent care with a badly cut finger. I saw the provider after a very short wait. After determining the extent of the injury and assessing options, the cut was closed with glue (rather than stitches). After a tetanus shot I was on my way, relieved with the assessment and glad that having the wound closed would help it heal faster. I'm very pleased with Swedish Urgent Care and PA Julia Preuss.

Today, my mom received excellent care. The doctor was very professional, patient, extremely professional, and friendly. All of the staff, including the nurses and other personnel, were very dedicated, and they were all extremely professional and caring. I received the best service. I am very grateful.
