new management has vastly improved response time and accessibility. i was reluctant to renew, but confidence is restored. also i like that thwy are adopting a more conprehensive approach with a variety of GLP1s, recovery peptides, in addition to several traditional adrogens for TRT
Wonderful practice. I never feel like I’m ‘seeing the high and mighty specialist’ with them. No doctor’s office pageantry. They’re some of the most skilled in the business, yet the easiest to work with.
They do everything they can to take care of me, in the best way for me, on the spot. No ‘we’ll get to it in 48hrs’ followed by issues with lab or pharmacy miscommunication like other places. They make the phone calls, check results, or send in prescriptions on the spot, as I wait, and confirm everything went through before we say goodbye.
