A True Gem for Learning Practical Self-Defense As someone who's trained in martial arts since the age of 6, I can confidently say that Conqueror is a true gem for passionate martial artists like myself and anyone who is interested in learning practical self-defense skills. The class was a lot of fun and I learned a lot. Master Ali and Mike were patient and encouraging with an older student with hearing loss and I improved my balance and learned practical moves. You don't have to be a super athlete to join this class.
