I’ve visited several acupuncture offices in Seattle, but Hopespring Wellness stands out as the best. Their staff consistently exceeds my expectations, making me feel valued and cared for after each appointment.
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Naomi! She is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a practitioner who truly listens instead of rushing you through or dismissing your concerns.
What really stands out is how much time she takes to understand your full lifestyle. She asks insightful questions and works with you to identify the root causes, not just the symptoms. On top of that, she offers practical, manageable lifestyle suggestions that actually feel doable and make a difference. I learn so much from her each session.

I've been struggling with arthritis and chronic pain in my hands for several years since I recovered from carpal tunnel syndrome. I've tried various treatments from western doctors, but they only seemed to treat the symptoms and not heal the core issue. So after seeing some government research on the effectiveness of acupunture for treating arthritis, I decided to give it a shot.
First session and most of my pain went away for a few days. Before treatment, my pain was around a 6/10 constantly. After the first treatment, it went down to around 3/10. Pretty effective so far, but would it last?
