Dr.Nova is an amazing vet and she does so much for my dog. The only frustration I ever have is with making an appointment on any given day. I've been put on hold several times on one particular day and hung up on before even getting a chance to say anything. Not a good way to run a business or to maintain clients. This issue has gotten worse and now I'm debating on moving vets because of the impossibility of getting an appointment.
