I am so happy to have hired Peter for my home inspection, what a guy: thorough, thoughtful, patient, so knowledgeable. He walked me through my entire home and property, explaining everything along the way — and doubling back to certain things or areas as I had questions about them or missed some info. As luck would have it, this is actually my second home inspection in as many years, and I wish I had had Peter for my first! The walkthrough with him was incredibly informative and very thorough, and his report was beautifully laid out and detailed. We contacted Peter on a short notice to perform a Showing Inspection. He was quick to respond and schedule our appointment right away. The inspection was one hour and covered the most important aspects. Peter is very polite and professional. He uses a great service that provides a detailed report with pictures. We would absolutely recommend Closer Look Home Inspections.
Peter is great to work with--very professional, communicative, and his home inspection report was very thorough with great photos. He was miles above the person who conducted a previous home inspection for me. Highly recommend.
