All of these other reviews have to be bot reviews - I called to inquire about a quote for a chimney inspection, they stated they would make an appointment for an agent to come out and give a quote, which isn't how that works. Any legitimate business has set rates for these kinds of services. When I questioned them on it and how id just be on the hook for whatever number they decided to quote me upon arrival to my home they just hung up on me.
Any reviews discussing transparent pricing are absolutely lying. This is not a legitimate business, they have no website, and the number gets relayed through a google voice line despite it being an 802 area code. It just routes you to a random call center. This is a fake business, do not get scammed.

Halfway through the job, Payne showed me how moisture pockets had formed under old insulation. Their mold remediation team quickly treated the affected areas. Their Roofing Contractor inspected the roof and identified early signs of shingle wear. They recommended Gas fireplace cleaning to help reduce buildup and improve home safety. The entire team was respectful, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend BMHS.
