I am very late in writing my review but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one. Scott was the inspector for my first home and he did a phenomenal job. He was incredibly patient and attentive answering all my questions in detail without overwhelming me with needless details. He was very thorough and made sure to take the time to point out various little things that if ignored could prove very problematic but maybe aren’t obvious to a new homeowner. I would highly recommend using his services for all home inspection and home inspection adjacent services. We will be on our next home purchase for sure.

I had such a great experience with Scott!
