My initial experience with this business was positive but recently I have made several attempts to talk to the appropriate person who can clarify an issue I have renewing a prescription. I have only been able to leave a msg. Iβm frustrated to say the least.

Good luck getting an appointment. If you need a med refill appointment they wonβt answer. Now on 5 calls still no appointment or call back. I fooled the automation to book my appointment but I had to give it an inaccurate reason. I shouldnβt have jump through hoops to get my meds.
Donβt get me started on the process it took to get that even started (1+ year to get a script). I shouldnβt be surprised this will be an ordeal to continue the same meds
