The dental assistants and front desk staff are utterly fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and always pleasant. The doctors are great too, but given that the rest of the staff is who I and everyone else spend time with, they are wonderful and welcoming. They will work with you and your schedule whenever possible. Coffee by the front desk doesn't hurt either. Give them a shot. I've been going here for years.

I’ve been a patient of this office for many years. Today’s appointment felt a little different than others in the past. It felt transactional and was missing a personal touch. When it was time for me to head back for my cleaning, the Dental Assistant (I guess), Sharon called my name, but didn’t greet me. She showed me to my room, asked me to sit down, and commenced to ask me about any issues I was having with my teeth. I stopped her and asked her what her name was. She was a little rough with the suction and kept bumping the back of my jaw and I gagged. It seemed as if she was only there to do a job; clean teeth and schedule appointments. Pros:1. They were on time!! Dentists are notorious for always being behind schedule so this was a huge plus for me.2. The girl I thought was my hygienist, but I guess she was the assistant (her name started with an A, she was short, olive complexion, maybe Asian and/or Hispanic?) was sweet. She did a good thorough job on my cleaning and listened to me. She gave me extra floss threaders too since I have a retainer.3. The dental hygienist herself was a little quiet at first but she ended up being nice as well!4. They did a better job talking to me about my teeth clenching than the dentist!5.
