I just had an inspection/estimate done, my inspector was Darrin. He was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We have had squirrels in the attic for about a year and this was the first inspections I've had where I didn't feel as though I was being "sold" services, which is nice.
Every time we have a tech come to our house, they are always pleasant, professional, and take the time to answer any questions we may have. They also give you a few days notice of an appointment reminder and have been flexible if we need to shift appointment times (as it fits into their schedule, of course). Since we began using this company, we have kept up with quarterly treatments and have had no recurring pest problems.With this being a household with pets, Environmental Pest was a smart choice to ensure their health was considered while still taking care of the pests. Highly recommended if you need a pest treatment service!
