Great quality service! I appreciate this office and staff so much. Took my 4 kids in for cleanings and they got me in even though we were late to our appointments. They worked us in without hesitation! After all that, they went ahead and worked us in for ortho consults for two of my children ? I would have had to take them out of school another day but they made this possible! (Thank you Rhea!) One happy momma ?? Thank you!
We LOVE Dr. Ballentine! She helped us through some tooth problems and was very informative. When working on his teeth she listened to him and was very patient. The staff is super friendly. Definitely a fan of Valley Ped dentistry!
I’ve enjoyed all the staff we’ve encountered here at the practice, but I will say, Dr. Fred and Sophia are an AMAZING duo! They are both so gentle and patient with children, they communicate effectively on treatment plans and have made my children so much more comfortable with visiting the dentist! The facility is clean and organized. I’d recommend this to any parents with children who are scared of the dentist.
