Neil is an incredible artist—he took my ideas seriously, offered thoughtful input, and brought the design to life even better than I imagined. His attention to detail, steady hand, and calm energy made the whole process smooth and comfortable. The shop is clean, organized, and clearly run with care. I messaged them to make an appointment and didn't get an email back for multiple days. When they finally discussed setting up a date for the appointment, I responded immediately. They proceeded to ignore me for 6 days despite saying theyll send the deposit info. When they finally got back to me, they said the spot was taken.
Update: the owner contacted me very quickly and tried to resolve the issue
