Had my first appointment today with Dr. Pell and hygienist Justice! I felt heard and came out with thorough plan and more knowledge than Iβve ever received from a dental team. I plan on becoming a long term patient! Worth the 1.5 hour drive for me!

This office is full of considerate, caring, nice, and friendly people. I feel like Iβm finally finding out the truth about my last dentistβummm, heβs overcharging and ripping people off!! Iβm so ready to get my issues resolved. Itβs nice to feel at ease about the care they have and will provide. Thanks so much to alllll staff I came into contact with!

Dr Pell and his staff are always pleasant and very thorough. He takes time to examine me and extra time to provide me feedback and recommendations. I always enjoy my appointments with Dr Pell.

The entire staff were great from amanda the receptionist who got me in to my dentist and her assistant cant remember all the names but haven't been to a dentist in 18 yrs and I will see them regularly

I can not say enough GOOD about Shenandoah Family Dentistry. They were kind, helpful, and caring from the very start. I called needing an infected tooth extracted. I had already obtained antibodics from my physican so i was on that for 48hrs, but the pain was stiΔΊl intense. Dr Shay was absolutely amazing and removing the tooth and discomfort that i was having. Although, the actual extraction was highly priced; in my opinon, you get what u pay for and she was not disappointing. Thank you!!! I will return when i have obtain insurance or the next emergency. β€οΈ

Best Dental practice I have been to in my 54 years. Dr. Pell and Dr. Shah and all staff members are caring, compassionate, empathetic & wonderful. If you have a dental phobia fear no more. You wonβt after a visit with Shenandoah Family. I speak from experience. This is the first dental practice that doesnβt give me anxiety when I have an upcoming appointment. Took my dad there today for a tooth extraction and he was amazed at how fast and pain free the process was. He was so appreciative of the wonderful experience today!!!
