Carriage House Pilates is a remarkable place for challenging reformer workouts! The instructors are masterful, with terrific cuing, smooth flow, and great variety of classes. I feel so lucky to have found this place!
Every class is a joy! Some classes are relaxing and a great way to unwind while others are challenging and work off stress. The instructors are experienced and teach to each client's ability. No two classes are ever the same, which keeps the classes fresh. I love that for the hour I am in class, I only think about what I am doing in the moment not about the rest of my day.
I can't say enough nice things about Carriage House Pilates & Wellness, along with their instructors. My Pilates classes are the best part of my day, and they have really helped me to grow stronger, improve my flexibility, and reduce stress! You need to try a class, and I know you won't be disappointed!
