When we met Kim Yarema for the first time to look at some properties, I expected it to take a few months to find just the right place. However, Kim had listened to what we were looking for, short-listed some properties for us to look at and within 3 weeks, yes 3 weeks we'd offered, closed and got the keys to our next home! After talking with Kim Erickson for a few minutes, she really zeroed in on the type of home and location we were looking for. During the process our many phone calls or texts were answered promptly and Kim always returned with helpful information. In a matter of days we found the perfect home! This was definitely due to Kim’s knowledge of the area we were looking to settle into. The whole transaction went seamlessly due to Kim’s attention to detail. She is a ten out of ten to us!
