Sharon has a plethora of contacts for preparing the house for optimal sale. He ideas on how to prepare also were very valuable. I am not located near the property which was sold; Sharon was able to represent me whenever a local person was necessary. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Sharon took on our home listing after it had been on the market for over 6 months with many views but no offers. She took the time to stage it herself, using her own items and went into overdrive with open houses and advertising. With a really tough market, new builds being built all around our home and it being a large house (priced appropriately), it was a really tough challenge to get this one sold. Sharon even ensured that with us being overseas, that pest control companies didn't unnecessarily charge us. She put in 150% effort and spent a lot of time ensuring that this house was sold and as soon as possible with multiple rounds of negotiation to make certain we got the best deal for us.
