Very impressed with how they handle their clients. Patients did a terrific job. Didn't have to wait a whole lot of time. Took care of what I needed taken care of and great service. Cannot thank these people enough for what they do

The office was relaxed upon arrival and it took about thirty minutes to be called as I was third in line. Take in was thorough and quick. The doctor was very good and listened well and came up with a POT and carried it out with full explanations to me. The only thing I wish she had done first was spray my heal to numb it before the injection to numb the area for treatment. It was grossly painful. Hurray she got the piece of sharp bottle plastic out of my heal having been embedded there for a month or two.I followed the doctors instructions and was able to get an appointment today to see my GP. We took my mother for urgent care for possible covid. The wait was significantly shorter than any emergency room in this area. But to wait for 2 hours really isn't urgent with 5 people ahead of her. Maybe more doctors would help. However once she was called the staff did a thorough exam and were courteous. We would recommend this facility.
