F.H. Furr Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning

On 11 January, our generator was serviced by Mr. Thomas Spencer from the F.H. Furr electrical department. He arrived on schedule, and we were delighted because he had previously serviced our generator. So we were already accustomed to his exceptional performance, customer service, expertise, and professionalism. He asked some functional questions, then proceeded to tell me what the service would entail. He serviced and tested the generator in a systematic and organized manner. Furr took over R&B in our area. I called for service on our gas boiler and found out that R&B was no longer there so I booked service with Furr and purchased their yearly plan. Furr service tech said our boiler was on it's last leg, maybe a year before replacement, so I decided to get an estimate from them on a new gas boiler that vents up the fireplace. I was quoted $13,500 for a new gas boiler replacement after a salesman spent about an hour in our house. I had to wonder if this guy thought I was a stupid woman. Perhaps. I contacted this company because one friend recommended their services and they are a complete disappointment. They did not show up on time and they stop answering the phone when I called them several times to ask for ETA or cancel my appointment. I will make sure that my friends and family don’t use their services ever
