On 11 January, our generator was serviced by Mr. Thomas Spencer from the F.H. Furr electrical department. He arrived on schedule, and we were delighted because he had previously serviced our generator. So we were already accustomed to his exceptional performance, customer service, expertise, and professionalism. He asked some functional questions, then proceeded to tell me what the service would entail. He serviced and tested the generator in a systematic and organized manner. I contacted this company because one friend recommended their services and they are a complete disappointment. They did not show up on time and they stop answering the phone when I called them several times to ask for ETA or cancel my appointment. I will make sure that my friends and family don’t use their services ever

I have a service contract for years with FH Fhuhr.today they came and did a plumbing inspection, found out hours later they caused a leek that did not exist prior to their visit. called when proble, became evident, 3 hours later still have not gotten a call back. their inspector tried to sell me thousands of dollars of unnecessary services, then broke a valve in my bathroom and the main water turn off both. have a bucket collecting water and still waiting for a call back
