I go to see Maria for Massage therapy. At first I was unsure if this was a place I'd feel safe and unintimidated. Maria is helping me through the physical trauma of being a Veteran. I hope in 90 days, I will be able to continue into some type of training and this would definitely be my first choice, or New Life chiropractors across the street to maintain my health goals!

I began going to Unify because their massage therapist, Maria is wonderful. I then had friends signing up for a nutrition class with Melissa and for several weeks I learned about food and making better choices in what I eat, especially when eating out at restaurants. It was very informative with lots of personal attention from Melissa, owner. Everyone is very friendly. I began doing personal training sessions with Ariel who is also wonderful. I have several health issues but they have been so accommodating. They take into account my limitations and tailor my training sessions for me. Unify is a great place for all your health and fitness goals!

Don't wait any longer, do it. Get the trainer and start your journey to strength and balance! You'll feel better after your first visit. They listen, assess and implement at your pace. 5 stars isn't enough. Thank you unify!
