First off, a huge thank you to Mike and his son for coming over and working as hard as they did. Though they were completely challenged by my shower issues, Mike had a strong sense of determination to figure it using multiple methods to reduce the cost of possible cutting into walls, etc. A true creative engineer. I'm utterly grateful for them and I highly recommend Mike as your plumber!

We had a bit of an electrical emergency on a Saturday, sparks from an outlet and almost our whole upstairs was without power. I called several companies who stated they couldn't get anyone out for 6-8 weeks. WEEKS. These were companies that advertised 24/7 service. I called Mike, he answered on the second ring, gave me his electricians number, I called him he answered on the first ring and came over in an hour! Tom the electrician was also super nice and friendly even though I had just very much interrupted his weekend. I'll never use anyone else for electric or plumbing needs.
