These people are horrible!!! They DO NOT do what is best for the "client/patient" there is not enough space here to even begin to list all of their wrongs/neglect....They don't return calls, they lie, they keep the money that's supposed to be used for the care of the client, the clients live in awful conditions, they're disrespected, mistreated, attacked, go missing, don't get their Doctors appointments, don't get adequate food..I could go on and on...PLEASE DO NOT recommend these people for anyone's care!! Horrible!! They do not deserve the one star I had to give to even rate this place....Just awful!!!!!

This is the worst company. They will not return calls and are only in it for the money. My mom has not received a stipend of her money since they took conservatorship. They also are refusing to communicate with the county tax offices on her home property and she is now at risk of losing her assets because they will not do what they are supposed to do. I am providing things for my mom because they will not use her funds on her at all. They are taking 100% of her money while she sits in a nursing home without a dime. I have yet to mourn the passing of my dearest mother, the most cherished and valued person in my life for going on 10 months now because of this network of people. I am having trouble with the fact that I have to give them any star at all. Sincerely Desperately seeking a good attorney willing to go up against a large entity like this group. I am unable to even visit any thoughts of my beautiful mother after the experience our family has been put through and still being put through to date. God please deliver the appropriate outcome needed for our family and all families affected by this network of opportunist.
