I waited approx 2 weeks for an appt. and was told a consultation. It's a nice salon and the staff were polite and welcoming. I wasn't quite sure of the consultation but thought a few minutes discussing my hair ie style, cut, thickness etc before getting my haircut. However that didn't happen. I was seen as scheduled, the owner asked what I was looking for as far as style, likes and dislikes. He ran his fingers through my hair and said; ok you need to schedule an appt. I was a bit dumbfounded. He told the receptionist to schedule me and on my way out I just told her I won't be scheduling. I needed my hair cut today for an engagement I had this afternoon.... read full review
Always a great experience. I just love everyone at Chez. I have been going here since 2006.
Great manicure and pedicure...Amy is the best.
