So this is not the vet that you normally want to see if your Animal is very sick, and with that being said, the Dr. and the staff are the nicest, kindest, and most empathetic in their field. This is not the type of vet you would see for a normal appointment, this is where you go when everything else is failing and you need answers. They have been so wonderful to work with and so kind during hard times. I can’t say enough good things about them.
This is an exceptional vet practice. I’ve used every specialty vet in the area and this is the best - no question. The staff all work easily 60+ hours a week between seeing patients, delivering test results, and responding to emails and voicemails. You always see the same faces over the years because they’re a family - not just coworkers. I’ve now taken five cats over the years to see Dr. Berdoulay. Two for cancer treatment recently. Not only did we know that we were getting the best possible advice and care, but we knew that our pets’ (and our own) quality of life was the highest priority. My dog had and ultrasound and a biopsy which turned out well. The doctor was amazing! Very compassionate and understanding. Pricing was very fair. I love this place and highly recommend them.
