Bless Mike and his team at Tom Muse! I had a subtle low gas pressure issue at my home which made our boiler very weak and unable to keep the house at a comfortable temperature. Mike found the issue during a maintenance appointment and took the time to walk through it with me and describe how to best engage with Washington Gas to resolve it.When Washington Gas' technicians refused to acknowledge the issue, Mike came back, showed me the exact measurements to ask the technician to take, and helped me record video evidence - all free of charge!! Mike and his team kept my builder installed HVAC system working for over 20 years including a July 4th emergency one year. Several years ago I had them install a replacement system and I couldn't be happier. The house cools faster, heats faster and the utility bills are lower! 23 years ago Muse Service Company installed a furnace in out home. Just had them service it today and it is running strong. In my opinion, Muse Service cares about their customers and the equipment they service. Yes, I have tried others, but have found the service to be lacking the care and quality that Muse Service provides.
